Works by up-and-coming Leipzig artists united in an auction exhibition - then the charity hammer falls for the eighth time

On Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at 4 p.m., the Pöge-Haus organizes the eighth WinWinWin Charity Art Auction.

The name of the art auction is derived from the anticipated triple profit situation for the supporting artists, the bidders and the association, which thus creates its material basis. The works can be viewed in a curated exhibition from 7 to 10 November. Pre-bids are accepted until 2 pm on the day of the auction. Most of the cultural events of the Pöge-Haus e.V. are realized through voluntary work.

As the non-profit association does not receive any institutional funding, the art auction will continue to be the most important pillar of private funding in 2018. During the eighth art auction, the association will be represented by Dr. Ing. Eva Stange, the Saxon Minister of State for Science and the Arts, as patron. With motivational greetings in the catalog, she appreciates his work: "His art is to bring the most diverse people under one roof, to encourage encounters, activity and shared creativity." The 38 (inter) national artists are representatives * inside the New Leipzig School, master students of the Academy of Visual Arts, but also artists of the free Leipzig art scene as well as refugees.
