Solidarity party at Umerigu
Umerigu is a diasporic, queer and neurodivergent community of artists living and working in a community-based artistic and cultural space in the west of Leipzig. We’re asking for your support to keep the house warm and open throughout the coming winter. We need to raise €5,000 to buy 10 tonnes of wood pellets for the winter. Over the past year, we’ve been renovating and reopening the spaces through voluntary work, artistic projects and other community activities.
Heating is essential to keep the living spaces, workshops, event spaces, café and communal areas running throughout the winter. If you can donate, every amount helps. If you are unable to donate, please share the fundraiser with your friends, networks and communities. Visit Umerigu.com

The workshops are held in cooperation with the Association for Binational Families and Partnerships, iaf e.V., which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as part of the federal programme ‘Demokratie leben!’.
