We warmly welcome to the winter semester 2023/2024!
The new semester at the HGB starts on 6 October with "M23: looming threads", the exhibition of the Meister*innen-Schüler*innen in the UNTERGESCHOSS 14 at the Leipziger Baumwollspinnerei.
The paradoks video art festival opens on 5 October at the HGB Galerie and KV - Verein für zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig.
Under the title "Gefahrenzonen - Rassismus ver(un)sichert", the hgb gallery in cooperation with the Association of Binational Families and Partnerships in Leipzig invites you to the festival critical of racism (03.-10.11.2023).
On 11 January 2024, the HGB offers a wide programme for prospective students at the Saxony-wide Open University Day.
For the Rundgang from 15-18 February 2024, all classes and courses will present their work results throughout the academy building.
The HGB will have a stand at the Leipzig Book Fair from 21-24 March 2024, and the It's a book - Independent Publishing Fair will take place as usual on the Saturday of the Book Fair, 23 March 2024.
