The public event series of Prof. Christin Lahr and Stefan Riebel addresses in different formats the self-understanding and the naturalness of art and artistic action, capitalistic appropriation, exploitation and exploitation methods of artistic work, alternative artistic survival strategies, forms of protest and utopias, as well as the invaluable value of artistic freedom. Aesthetics and perceptive abilities of artists play a role as well as the sustainable interference of art in science, economy, politics, society and everyday life worlds.

The invited speakers from different areas of art and science, research and teaching highlight the interfaces between art - university - politics - society and challenge in controversial discussions to a common reflection, which leads in the best case in concrete cultural and educational demands.
