ENCOURAGE Film Talents aims to celebrate a place of encounter and networking for talented young filmmakers in the DACH region. By organizing a get-together during the Berlinale and a film screening beforehand, aspiring filmmakers will be able to exchange ideas with members of the film industry. There will also be two talk formats and film presentations. The full program will be available on the website from mid-January.
