Helga Kurzchalia is a writer and psychotherapist. In her biographical books, she embarks on a literary search for clues and combines documentary accuracy with narrative quality.
Daniel Heinrich is her son (1972 - 1999), from whose photographic legacy she has produced a book together with Achim Lengerer and texts.
