Sound Art Festival Leipzig. A reactive, breathing sound space tries to set a counterpoint to the omnipresent culture of "calls-to-action" and demanded statements. Not in the sense of apathy but as an opportunity for self-calibration. Ultimately, however, only a participating, breathing space.
