In a specially produced podcast, the young artists are introduced. To the podcast...Being on the road, discovering, exploring and remembering as an image: students of the Leipzig Academy of Fine Arts show paintings, prints, drawings and artist books that tell of fictional worlds and real places. Thus, on a study trip to Venice, the young artists entered into a dialogue with the city and its artistic fiction. In turn, graphics and studies created on excursions bear witness to the direct confrontation with landscape and nature. Max Klinger's etching cycle "Amor and Psyche", on the other hand, inspired the art students and young authors of the German Literature Institute Leipzig to reinterpret the ancient tale together.
