A paper model of the Guggenheim Museum in New York burns down and creates itself anew, like phoenix from the ashes. Anything is possible in a model: it allows for experimentation regardless of any technical and moral limitations that might prevent its realisation. The reduction in scale grants a kind of overview, a possibility to grasp an event, a narrative by its reduction to archetypes and not least also the fiction of control of its course.
