Ab Montag, 20.07.2026 öffnet die Zentrale erst 08:30 Uhr.
Das Gebäude selbst ist bereits ab 07:00 Uhr zugänglich.
Ab 15:00 Uhr übernimmt weiter das Personal der Wachfirma die Besetzung der Zentrale.
Daraus resultiert, dass die Hochschule um 21:00 Uhr schließt.

Somit verändern sich die Öffnungszeiten der Hochschule in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit wie folgt:

Von montags bis freitags von 08:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr.
Unverändert bleibt die Öffnungszeit samstags 12:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr.

Diese Regelung ist zunächst befristet bis zum Ende der vorlesungsfreien Zeit (04.10.2026).

In Ausnahmefällen kann ein Zutritt außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gewährt werden. Die Bedingungen dafür bleiben für Studierende unverändert: Es ist ein begründeter Antrag über die Klassenleitung an das Referat Organisation zu stellen und das Vorhandensein einer privaten Haftpflichtversicherung ist nachzuweisen.

Starting Monday, July 20, 2026, the main office will not open until 8:30 a.m. The building itself will still be accessible starting at 7:00 a.m.
Starting at 3:00 p.m., security company staff will take over staffing the main office.
As a result, the university will close at 9:00 p.m.

Consequently, the university's opening hours during the semester break will change as follows:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday opening hours remain unchanged: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This arrangement is initially in effect until the end of the semester break (October 4, 2026).

In exceptional cases, access outside of regular opening hours may be granted. The conditions for this remain unchanged for students: a substantiated application must be submitted to the Organization Department via the class supervisor, and proof of private liability insurance must be provided.
