The audio play entitled "She is a rose in the valley" is a contemporary exploration of the biblical collection of songs in the Song of Solomon. The description of physical love, erotic rapprochement, its detail, intensity and longing is unique in the Bible, and the radio play also addresses timeless motifs such as love, relationships, sensuality, dialogue and female socialisation in this context.
Based on love as a subjective and yet collective experience, the atmospheric images of the text and the poetry of sensuality, there will be a communal banquet after the radio play screening. The communal and community-building experience is thus also placed in the culinary focus.
Food and drinks to share are therefore expressly welcome!
