Co-Making Matters is a multidisciplinary platform at Haus der Statistik (Berlin) that provides a supportive environment for site-specific projects and temporary interventions with the aim of creating long-lasting partnerships. The platform is designed to foster interdisciplinary thinking and encourages open communication, exchange and learning.

In our hectic urban world, we have largely lost contact with the earth. There are only a few moments when we allow ourselves to lie down (and even more rarely directly on the ground), to walk barefoot, to touch the earth. A Place to Land on Earth creates a place where you can "land on earth", a space that visitors can enter to ground themselves - metaphorically and literally. People are invited to dig their hands into the earth, feel the ground beneath them and allow their surroundings to have an effect on them.

Based on Bruno Latour's concept of "becoming terrestrial", artists, farmers and scientists share their perspectives on climate change, soil and a sustainable relationship with our environment in an audio piece accompanying the exhibition.
