Paula Erstmann

Within the exhibition Rapid Response/Fermentieren: Perspectives on "East" to taste preserves together with visitors* in the museum. The food poet is invited to celebrate eating or tasting together as collective actions that emerge from collaborations with microorganisms. She uses food/cooking, a fundamental and sensory need, to create community and facilitate encounters.

In this participatory performance, she focuses on local recipes of the region and asks in advance for "recipe donations" as well as self-fermented food, which can be brought along. Accompanying this, texts from the archive will be read out together and there will be an exchange about fermenting.
