Like many millennials, we see a recovery of female power in the identity of the witch and feminist. Both evoke and counter a tortuous history of misogyny and can be a symbol for overcoming women's oppression. To honour the witch as a feminist icon, we play the role of this supernatural being and take a specific look at Bulgarian mysticism. Witchcraft and occultism in general are reinterpreted in a speculative fiction as a feminist artistic act.
