KK49 is an interdisciplinary international artist collective formed in the semi-abandoned villa located at Käthe-Kollwitz -Str. 46. Formerly a production station of the piano manufacturer Blüthner. The collective has been given free use of the space before it is renovated by the owners this autumn, making an in-between transition, opening the space to the public and engaging artistically with it before it transforms into its next function.
