"Authenticity, intuition and credibility - along these three concepts that are crucial to Carla Lonzi's art/writing and political we want to create a polyphonic arrangement that allows us to talk about that allows us to think about historical continuities, critical ruptures and un/conditional gestures of revolt to reflect.
The starting point for this collective reflection is the observation, that Lonzi's critical revolting articulations are always at the same time an exhibition - or representation - of the impossibilities and possibilities that condition that condition or co-inform them. The forms and formats of expression thus become transparent and exhibitable - a critical reflection critical reflection, often in the form of a stock-taking of the agencies involved, the historical lines of flight and hegemonic and hegemonic mechanisms of appropriation, and hegemonic mechanisms of appropriation, forms the background for Lonzi's statements.
Without re-essentializing ground and surface, or form and content, we propose a heuristic essentialize form and content, we propose a heuristic cut in order to Lonzi's multifaceted practice from the forms and formats - the collage, the cut-up, the interview/conversation/dialogue, the pamphlet and manifesto. What media settings and historical figurations are invoked, exhibited, and negotiated in Lonzi's various works? What is the specific function of this exhibiting, displaying, and rearranging? And what is the relationship between this 'formatting' and concepts such as authenticity, intuition, credibility, or revolt?"
