International projects and exchange agreements link the HGB with numerous partner universities and institutions around the world, including institutions in Israel and South Korea, as well as in neighboring countries such as Switzerland, Poland, France and many other European countries. You can currently choose from more than 50 academies/universities in over 25 countries if you would like to spend part of your studies abroad.
The Erasmus higher education program, one of the great success stories of the European Union, has been promoting the mobility of students, teachers and university staff in Europe since 1987. The following European countries participate in Erasmus: the 28 EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey. The HGB has had an Erasmus University Charter since 2004.
