My surroundings es un proyecto donde se intenta capturar la esencia de los alrededores de mi hogar mediante unas placas de tela con un recubrimiento viscoso hecho a base de maicena y agua. A partir de ellos, se busca tener un registro de distintos puntos de la colonia donde vivo y observar cómo esta placa va cambiando al pasar el tiempo.

My surroundings is a project where I tried to capture the essence of the area where my home is located through plates made out of fabric with a sticky surface made with cornstarch and water. Starting from those plates, I look to have a register of different points of the neighborhood where I live and watch the changes of the plates through time.
